BIOGRAPHY

Passionate Movement Catalyst | Health & Wellness Leader | Performance Visionary

With 25 years of experience in movement, performance, and wellness, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others unlock their full potential. My journey began with scholarships to prestigious dance institutions across North America, training with renowned masters from The National Ballet of Canada, Royal Winnipeg Ballet, and Edge Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles.

Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Kinetics and an Associate’s Degree in Sports Science & Technology, I combine movement science with artistry. As a former kinesiologist, former certified personal trainer, and movement therapist, I specialize in bridging the gap between performance and well-being.

For 13 years, I served as Founder & Studio Director of PŪR Movement, building a premier space for dance, fitness, and movement therapy. That vision has now evolved into the CHI Health Club, where my husband and I integrate Health Management and Mindful Movement. With backgrounds in sports, dance, sports nutrition, and rehabilitation, we’ve designed programs to enhance vitality, balance, and long-term wellness.

My work spans film, television, and live performances, with choreography and on-screen roles in CW, CBC, Paramount+, and Netflix productions. I’ve been featured in The Globe & Mail, lululemon, Miss World Canada, and various lifestyle publications.

I’m passionate about coaching high-performance athletes, including Olympians, Skate Canada figure skaters, and synchronized swimmers, helping them refine technique, flexibility, strength, and artistry.

At CHI Health Club, we integrate all forms of movement into holistic practices—creating sustainable health solutions for all ages.

Let’s move with purpose, strength, and intention.
